Eastertide 2009

Eastertide includes the whole period of fifty days starting with Easter Day and concluding on through the day of     Pentecost.  So it commemorates the    Resurrection, the Ascension and the      descent of the Holy Spirit.  This year Easter Day is on April 12th, the Ascension is on May 21^st, and Pentecost May 31st.
